About meI am a public library director in a small New England town and an avid reader of all types of books. I have just begun reading and listening to mysteries and have made them my cure for the dark days of winter.

When I'm not working or reading, I am enjoying my horse, dogs, artist husband, food and drink.

About my libraryI read across the board in fiction. When I read non-fiction,I like it to read like fiction, engaging me in a way that I find only stories can do.

Thank you! I will certainly enjoy going through your lists of books!

Thanks for adding me to your interesting libraries.
What a beautiful horse!
Hope you are enjoying the summer and your reading. I enjoy this site enormously and check pretty well daily. I have come across so many new writers in this way.
I notice that you are a librarian. Do you use other sites like this for work or pleasure?
best, harriet
We have quite a few books in common. I read your reviews and have many good ideas for future picks at the library! Thanks.
