About me Hi, my name is Mel.

I'm a 27 year old male with Aspergers Sydrome and absence epilepsy.

I'm a medievalist and a biological anthropologist by education, a psychologist by training, sociologist/historian and medical ethicist by publications, and now a tech transfer person. Go figure. Don't look at me, I don't understand the leap from medievalist to working in tech transfer either. I'm also a bookseller (to some extent) and I love to swap books. But don't worry, if I get a book from you from a swap site, I'm not reselling. I only resell books from huge book lots. :)

I'm a proud member of Mensa. I am also in the Society for Creative Anachronism (from where my online name of Celestria evolved.)

About my library All right! I finally have most of my books entered. All the ones that were up on bookcases anyway. I'm sure that when I unpack some of these other boxes I will find even more books. I know in particular a few that have disappeared that I am searching for. If anyone knows where my copy of Octavia Butler's Xenogenesis omnibus is, please tell me.

I will be cataloging more books as my mother brings the rest of my books from her house to mine.
