I've just had a look at your interesting library.
I've been reading the few novels set in Canberra that I've been able to find recently and since my dad was born in Glasgow and my grandfather's family is mainly from Glasgow, I'm really interested to know what you would think the best coming of age story set in Glasgow would be? One set in the late 1940s to early 1950s would be an era I would be interested in. Although I love historical fiction to :-)
I think the family lived in Goven.
