About meI really need more bookshelves. All my shelves are full, half my dresser is full of books (or action figures), most of the space under my bed is beginning to be taken up with bins of books, and I've probably got 100+ books in storage . . .

And yet I keep BookMooching.

About my libraryI have a lot of fantasy and science fiction, a good chunk of which was acquired in my teenaged years and now occasionally fills me with a sense of embarrassment. (Not the large amount of SF&F, just the quality.)

She still needs copies! If you want to reserve the book for me on BookMooch my user name is the same. I'll also give you the extra points! Thank you so much! Kris will be very happy!
I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks for sticking with Books for Keeps for so long! You've been involved since the beginning and your steady support is so important; not only for the several children you supply with books each year, but for us, down here.
Wow!! Just catching up on the bookmooch thread, read about your Tom Baker autograph!! That is fabulous!!!!
Thanks for letting me know! I'll mooch within the next few days. Hopefully, tonight.
Life devouring you at the moment? :( Sounds like you need a mysterious suprise box of goodies.
How goes it? :) Reading anything I should be putting on my wishlist?
Thanks for the enormous box of books! They're all in fantastic shape!
I most certainly and gratefully can! Just tape a note to the side saying it's not BM, or I'll be confused for some time! Do you have the address?
Of course you may! I'll post it for you in the am.
Hi,
Thank you for clarifying the book where when for me.

hope all settles down for you soon
Hello,,,,,
I have been in hospital since a few days after our last LT message so am unsure if i need to request books or what the status of our mooch is at this point. With the postal strike , that will hopefully end Monday, no books are coming & going.

Lookforward to hearing back from you.It is frustrating to be offline for so long.

Gerri
Sorry, Sorry, Sorry for not getting back to you. I had to take an extra trip to the university library last week, after their booking system had broken down the day before, which messed up my sceduling big time, and after that I simply forgot. It would be great if I could already mooch the angeled book, just to get the point out of my account, so that I can keep better track. I am running a bit low on points, and I don't want to accidentally spend points that are already planned for angel books.
Well now I have 2 (this one and the owl one). I plan on getting an I ♥♥ the Doctor shirt as well at some point.
http://www.teefury.com/ OOOOOO I want this one too!!!
Owly!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay.
Hiya,
I'll take the other 4 Nightside books that you have listed in moochable. He hasn't started them yet, but should in the next day or two. I'll take the leap of faith that he's going to.
In NO hurry at all, so don't worry about sending them quick!
Brenda
Hi Gabrielle,
Just wondering if you still have
Diana Gabaldon - Lord John and the Private Matter ISBN 9780440241485
available?
If so I would love to mooch if it if you are willing to send to Australia. I am happy to find other books I would like to make it a multi-mooch if more economical for you.
Thank you!
Sam
Thanks. I'm still pretty new to bookmooch. I didn't realize that about the user name stuff. Thanks for the info. :)
Eureaka would be cool, LOOVE Eureaka. Just let me know when you know.
Great news,,,no rush on delivery.
Man, I am so useless when it comes to answering messages lately, just too much on my mind. :-)

I'd be happy to mooch a second book if it is something I have been looking for.
If they are not spoken for, I'd love to mooch the following:

Charlaine Harris' Southern Vampire Mysteries 3, 4, and 5
Diana Gabaldon's Outlander
Rachel Caine's Carpe Corpus

My bookmooch ID is Mrs. Pupcake. I'm in no hurry whatsoever. :)
Thanks.
Yeah, definitely! That would be awesome, thanks!
Thank you so much for getting Happy Birthday, Wanda June by Kurt Vonnegut for me. I am very excited to read it. My ID on BookMooch is villageidiot.

Thanks again,
Kevin
In that case, I think I'll take you up on it! I'm leahbird on BM. Thanks so much.
Do you still have Bloof Trail? Because by now I am not sure if the angel mooch will work out, so i would love to mooch your copy if you still have it.
That would be great! I can try the first three on him and if he likes them, I'll look for the missing ones. Deal not really necessary, because I have plenty of points and little to spend them on. Not in any hurry and any condition as long as readable is fine.
It can be hard to find books for him.
Thanks muchly for allowing me to dib! lol
Brenda
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I got back from a crazy long weekend on Monday and needed some time to recover. I checked what books I have, and I would like to have Blood Pact and Blood Debt. I think Bloos Trail is on the way from an angel, but apparently I didn't write that one down, but I am pretty sure about that.
Yes please Post it & let me know
Still waiting! 11 days overdue!
Of course you can! I will post them today.
I just grabbed it. Thank you again.
OO yes please!
Thank you for making that so easy for me! Did I get them all? Thank you--those are some great books!
You can PM me with the list and I'll go mooch them from you, that would probably be easiest. Thank you! The Animorphs are popular (although I can't see why) and I'll be eager to see what else you've found!
OOO whats the name of the zombie book???
Yes, she has the Book of Enchantments already. And was... enchanted! :-) Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for asking about "Looking for JJ" - I would LOVE to have it! It's one of those books that will be passed around my family because we all seem to love that type (whereas the others are for one specific family member) so as long as it's readable, we'd love it! No point in spending a lot of money on a copy that will go through so many hands!

I really appreciate this!

Elizabeth
I've reserved the New Yorker magazine for you over on BM under "angel mooch - new yorker" in my inventory.
Hooray for insomnia! (in others) :)

How excellent! Thank you!
No problem at all, I'll take any excuse to grab a copy--and this is a good one! Being published in the New Yorker is a Big Deal. I have to run a couple of errands today and I'll run by B&N without it taking me more than a few minutes.
Laughing...Books do sneak around especially after the lights go out. They even become invisible to my eye. I can look everywhere & lo there is the book almost under my nose so I know about Mistress of the Sun. No problem when it returns post & reserve for me. Strange I never got the email about you reserving the book but have gone & mooched it after reading your message here on LT.
Wait and send both books together, I am not in a rush. The newbie with The Hedgehog book is feeling overwhelmed with mooches & says she will not be sending the book for some time so I suggested she accept my mooch & mark it delayed. Also old her to come over to LT to meet the great people here & get some great suggestions or support. No response. Fingers crossed. Appreciate your offer to Angel Mooch for me. I'm sure I will be asking again soon. Spending points like a drunken sailor. Till later...Happy Mooching
Ha ha, my family's much the same way - thus the chronological gaps in which magazines I had available :-p If it they get binned, they get binned - but I thought I'd mention it in case you wanted to recoup your points at a later time.
The magazines are posted under the following:

Hope you enjoy them! If, after reading them, you decide you want to send them on again, LT user "GreyGhost" expressed an interest. :)
Haha, NYC does have everything! I am using the most hole-in-the-wall of the three POs in the neighborhood because smallest = less people will go there (usually). They probably never bothered to actually put them out.
I'll take Nightpool; it's the beginning of quite a good trilogy. If you find any other Shirley Rousseau Murphy, let me know. I do have some of them, but I know other people who might like them too.

I saw your status and am quite willing to wait. :)
It's not looking good for Buffy Season 8, volume 7, is it? :(
"Now I can say it however I want to, yeah yeah yeah!"

Can we get the full lyrics please? :)
Hey Gabrielle - no rush in posting my book; when life allows. :)
I'm so pleased to be able to (hopefully - don't want to jinx them) return the favour.
x L.
Oy, midterms. Ew. That was usually about the time I used to throw in the towel in my classes. 6-8 weeks was about as much as I could take of ANY class without wanting to go screw it all and escape out the window (sometimes I did..., well, except for the window part.)

Good luck with those midterms! Do not let them eat your soul.
I've made a point to try to read some more of the manga so I can send them out to you. So far I have like 10 of them set aside. I will read another tonight.
Hurrah indeed! Thanks again. :)
LOL! Not that I mind looking at Michael C. Hall, but I'm not a fan of the tie-in covers. Thanks for letting me know!!
/Eva
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but...the BM member that had A Fisherman of the Inland Sea listed has now closed their account :( Hope you can find another copy soon! ~ Charlene
Update on A Fisherman of the Inland Sea:
The member is going to mail it in a week. Seems she's a bit overwhelmed with school starting and being a newbie BMer. I'll let you know when I receive it.
Take care! ~ Charlene
What did you think of Mockingjay/series as whole?
I'm here, just busy. Life has gotten in the way - we had a tree fall on our house {narrowly missing my BM books stored in the garage!} and my daughter is starting homeschooling this week so that takes time too.

My accounts on hold until I get my shipping caught up - everything is shipped out just waiting now for people to mark them received so I can get the hold lifted.
That is funny - Just wait until you start mooching them back :) I loved the first book in the LHM trilogy, but I think I was over that phase of my reading when I read the second and third, so didn't feel any guilt when I gave them away. What I discovered is that books I hated in my teens were actually very well written, just over ability to comprehend. For example, I hated The Forever War by Joe Haldeman when I read it as a teen, gave it away, and then reread a library copy. I am still regretting giving that book away, even though I have found a copy to replace it!
Thank you my friend! Once again there is no rush to send. I do have a TBR pile a mile high...if only I could read faster!
Hey there! Is Another One Bites the Dust still available? I would love it if it is!
I would love to read Tales of Despereaux- I'm ForeignCircus (or maybe quinncx) on BookMooch. Thanks!
Nah, it's just too confusing for me. I'll just send the other 2 to you as extras :)
Heeheee... thanks!!!
Yes those are the books I want! :) I am in Canada, but feel free to delay after accepting until September/October if that helps you out. Thank you so much! :) :)
Cancel the revenge of the cybermen one.. but still would adore the lochness and dinosaur invasion books :)
I would *love* some of the Dr. Who books for my father! I would *love* revenge of the cybermen, lochness and the Dinosaur invasion books!! :) Are there any in particular that you are going mad trying to find?
Wow! I would like....

Target:
Time Warrior
Keeper of Traken
Ice Warriors
Leisure Hive
Mawdryn Undead
Planet of Fire
War Games
Claws of Axos
Frontios
Horror of Fang Rock
Logopolis
Dominators
Ribos Operation
Armageddon Factor

so..that would be umm, most of them. I will pass on the Pinnacle versions. Besides, gotta leave something for Weelass or she will be sad. I think between those and the others, I would owe you about 20 points. Good thing I have been doing alot of Angel mooching lately!

I am leaving for Georgia tomorrow. Hopefully I will find a DW book or 2 in all of the used bookstores there!!!
Fantastic...Thanks so much.
No problem re the condition of the 3rd book, as long as it is in readable condition.

I am trying hard to not keep books after I have read them, so that others can enjoy them & realistically with so many new books I am unlikely to reread a bppk no matter how much I have enjoyed it.

I think BM is great as I know the book is going to someone who really wants to read it not sitting neglected on a shelf somewhere.

I'll go go mooch now. Always enjoy reading your comments on LT.

Regards
Gerri
Yup, the ones with the solid color :) I'm not sure what volume 17 is, but the solid ones look so pretty on my shelf :)
