Hi Chitra! I just read Sisters of my Heart in a book club I participate in. I enjoyed most of it, even if it is not really my typical kind of book. And you are the first LT-authour whose books I have actually read, so that's something too!
Hi Chitra! It's so odd to find you on here. I have heard many good things about your books, mostly from my mother, April Flowers, who is still at Foothill.

So...nice to meet you!
I add my welcome. Your books (and the times I have seen you in the Bay Area) have given me much pleasure. I especially recall the day when your poetry was accompanied by music and a dancer (and, if memory serves, you were barefooted!)
Welcome to LibraryThing! I've enjoyed many of your books, Chitra, and hope there will be many more to come!
