About my libraryThese are books I own. I think I've almost finished entering them all. Of course, I plan on continually expanding my library.

I don't keep an online wishlist because the only way I can keep mine to a reasonable size is by losing my list every few years! :)

I'll get Family Money in the mail by the end of the week

Elaine
Thanks, Christina. The good ship SS is set to sail.

Thanks Christina. Had a great Halloween. My youngest son saw to the trick or treaters. Then we had a family Fireworks night. Really good. Hope you are well and enjoying the seasonal festivities.
Thank you, Christina! I'm still excited too!!
(And Halloween included visits from out-of-town family, so that was good. Hope yours was too.)
Peggy Again
Christina, sorry - I forgot to check you had my address still! The one you have is correct.

So excited! Claire
CAT-scan time for this grumbler; thanks, Christine.
Dear Christina - had the eureka moment some seconds after posting and zapped my rogue peeve. However, it appears y'all have killed my "Have_Read" link. Oh well.
Christina,

I nearly feel to the floor when I looked up one of your recently added
books - May Sinclair! Amazon has it new for $100.000!

My cart just took a major topple.
Dear christiguc;

You're welcome, Christina. They caught my eye as well! I hope you enjoy. Mostly I just admire your willpower, knowing they arrived so early!
Yeah I know, I kind of jumped the gun. I knew you'd receive it waaay early. But I decided to torment you!
Ha! Yes. You must. But of course I'll never know if you cheat!
Hey Christina;
"A Jest of God" is on my "ordering" list..........because you and Peggy said!~!
So.........I will let Mark know your preference and you will be hearing more as the time draws nearer. Right now he just wants to get a title on board.
Thank you for your input and I appreciate you getting back to us in a timely manner. Thank you (and Peggy) also for the rec. Next order day; if I can find it. I promise!~!
Love to the both of you onery little critters,
belva
"And I forgot to add--I join Peggy is suggesting that you put A Jest of God on your To-Be-Purchased-Very-Very-Soon list. You have one of those lists, right? ;)"

You bet your sweet bippy I've got one of those lists. Who is the author?
Christina;
Do you have a title preference for a group read? "The Book of the People" or "The Thirteenth Tale"? Just so Mark can whittle it down to one.
And on our last group read we had people still joining half way through, so no sweat. In fact one lady just now finished. We are very low pressure and use a fresh thread for each scheduled part so there are no spoilers for those who haven't made it that far yet.
Thank you soooo much for getting back with me.
love,
belva
Hi;
Mark and I have been discussing the possibility of another group read in November and want your input. We have narrowed it down to two books at this point. "The People of the Book" by Geraldine Brooks and "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield. So chat it up with friends or us and let us know if you are up for it and what you think. Probably the same plan as with "Pillars of the Earth" which seemed to work out perfectly for almost all of us.
Think it over and give one of us a shout.
hugs and looking forward to hearing from you,
belva
Christina;
Thank you so much for your kind words regarding the loss of our cat Moose.
We only had him for three years, but they so quickly become a part of one's family and he did bring us a great deal of joy in the time we had him.
I appreciate you coming by very much and that you have me on your heart for that moment.
I will see you on the threads,
hugs,
belva
Noticed you liked Sanctuary, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also southern, a bit violent, and a bit dark :) I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter)in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit:

Oh yes, the Fowler's are VERY good. The Water Room is actually my favorite.
