Hi, Cindy! I finished El Libris. It was very good. She's such a smart witty lady. I also see you've joined the Civil War thread. You are so full of surprises! I love this subject too but I just
haven't read enough books about it and need to get busy, the problem is, since joining LT ,my tbr piles are out of control! I'm just starting "One Good Turn". Mark
Hi, Cindy! How was "Ex-Libris"? Worth reading? I just finished "So Many Books..". I really enjoyed it. I loved the chapter on "A Million Little Pieces", pre-scandal. Like her, I was a big fan of the book and still am. I'm glad I'm not as a neurotic reader, as she is. I'm getting ready to start "The Garden of Last Days". It's gotten some good press!
Hi, Cindy! I started [So Many Books, So Little Time] today and I really like it so far. I'll try to fit in [Ex Libris] next week. I see you've read [Conspiracy of Paper]. I've just picked it up recently and I'm really looking forward to reading it. How many of his have you read? Mark
Hey, Cindy! Thanks for the list! Which one is your favorite? Did you ever read the Nick Horby books about books. The 1st one was called "The Polysyllabic Spree". Great stuff!
Hi, Cindy! I see that you've read "The Book of Air and Shadows". I really enjoyed it. What did you think? I posted this question on one of the "What are you Reading Now?" threads and never got a response from anyone. Also, I see you are a big fan of books about books. I have not read very many, other than the 2 Nick Hornby ones, which I loved. What are a couple of your favorites?
cindy,

Thanks for the note. I just picked up "The Guernsey Society" and will bump it up on my TBR pile thanks to your note!
