About meI love books - books make me happy and pretty much always have. I got my BA in English and then, after some hemming and hawing, I got my MA in Comparative Literature (concentration on medieval romance and victorian gothic romance). After spending eight years as a bookseller, I'm currently a literacy tutor and writer working on my first short story collection and am seriously thinking about going back to school for a Master's in Library and Information Sciences. Something about being a writer/librarian just gives me the 'oh la la' shivers.
I also edit a blog, The Foggy Foot Review, that has such a minimal readership that it's really just my own notes and reviews on books that I've read and loved or not-so-loved.

About my libraryMy library is a work in progress and a little random. Mostly, it's a pretty eclectic collection of books that I stumbled across or had recommended to me when I was a bookseller (dangerous work, that).
