I wonder if you could tell me who is the

translator of a classic in your collection:

Fasti, by Ovid, (in the Penguin Edition) --and

if it is prose or metrical?

I finished writing a metrical translation of Fasti

in June, 2011. Only after that did I learn

that there is already a Penguin translation.

And even then, I thought, well itʻs probably very

old. But it seems to have been published in 2010!

i've emailed someone at librarything. funnily enough, just as i was reaching the end of the email it all stopped. it was like the sudden cessation of a haunting!

anyway, i'm very glad you're on librarything. i see we have 28 books in common (10 coming from you know where). will you be rating your books too? i look forward to discovering lots of interesting books via your librabry! :D
