About meI work in a public library in Manukau, New Zealand. I am also a mother of three and I study part time. Mostly what I am is busy. I love to read and I read everything except horror and anything that is at all sad. My current focus is teen fiction as I have just this year taken on teen responsibilities where I work.

About my libraryMy library will start out being all the teen books I have read so I can keep track of them and use them in my readers advisory work with teenagers. After that I will think about other things. I would never attempt to catalouge my own collection as it is both large and fluid. Books come and they go.

Noticed you liked Lovely Bones, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here, as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it also contains a young female narrator struggling with a series of tragic circumstances. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

Hi d.peabody,

Thanks for sending a message. I must amend our profile. This small library has been set up to aide my kidzlit team to share and discuss the books they are reading with some help from past team members. Please feel free to add and share.

Kind regards,
kidzlitsmc
Thanks for selecting my library as an interesting library. Did we meet at LIANZA? LT is brilliant for reader's advisory - I'm sure you'll find it very useful.
