I don't use my librarything account very often. It's so sad to say I haven't signed in in over a year. I just link to it through my blog. Glad you connected with me though. I plan to use this more often, especially now since I'm really getting serious about my writing and about my web presence.

Melissa,
Thanks for the comment, and thanks for the book. I heard about it on The Tuscaloosa News' General Forum (I'm DistractedMom), and I am so glad I did.
It was extremely interesting and very well-written.
I've put the reading on my calendar and look forward to attending with some of the other forum members who read & enjoyed the book.

Thanks,
Tiffany/tiffbelinda
Melissa,

I'm so sorry that I'm just now reading this. I moved to SC a few weeks ago (along with 8 month twins!) and am just now getting back to the Internet. I hope all went well at your reading. I can only imagine the nerves involved with that!

Best of luck to you,
Beth
Melissa,

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to your reading at A Capella last night, as I was leading the book discussion group at my library.

I am a public librarian at the Fayette County Public Library in Fayetteville, GA, about 25 miles south of downtown Atlanta. I am familiar with your book, having ordered it for our collection (though I have not read it yet); in fact, it's on our new nonfiction display right now. I had not realized that you are an archivist, however - we are colleagues!

We host authors at our library all the time, and have had some very successful single author and multi-author events. I am the primary contact for adult programming here, so please be in touch if you're ever interested in making an appearance here. If you wish, I can send you my contact information via email.

Best regards,
Sarah Trowbridge
