About meBorn in Kansas City, went to school at University of Missouri-Rolla and then Purdue. Worked at Bell Labs in Chicago for a while and then took a job at Microsoft in 1983. Quit in 1997 to start a games company (www.suckerpunch.com) and have since essentially retired although I keep my hat in the ring at Suckerpunch. Loving retirement now on the Olympic Peninsula. I love to play piano, go hiking, program computers, read, do math problems and puzzles, travel, watch good movies and eat to excess. Trying to curb back on that last one a bit.
About my libraryA bit of everything. Mostly in Computers/programming, Math, Philosophy, History, Math, photography and science. I just got a huge library built for me in my loft and thought I would have plenty of room but now that all the books are in, it's pretty tight. Scary.
