About meI'm a 26-yr old former investment banker who wrote a novel about the experience. "BANK" is acerbic and bleak, but I promise you that I'm not nearly as defeated as my novel would suggest. I do have my dark moods, though, when it's best to stay away unless you come armed with an ample supply of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.

People are constantly asking nowadays, "How did a banker end up writing a novel?" The more accurate question would be, "How did somebody who loves writing and books end up as a spreadsheet donkey?"

I'll tell you: a six-figure salary right after graduation. The temptation was just too much. Yes, I have fits when integrity seems a very ephemeral concept. But you'll be happy to know I've escaped the dark side, and I'm now living my true potential as a starving novelist, obsessed with tracking my topsy-turvy Amazon ranking ;)

About my libraryJust started developing this. I've led a pretty nomadic existence these last few years, and I can't seem to throw out my books. While I slowly part with cutlery, bedsheets, frayed loofas and moldy christmas cards, I can't seem to rid myself of the tattered copy of "Sex Tips For Girls" I bought at a yard sale for one dollar as a joke for one of my roommates in college. There must be a documented psychological disorder for folks who can't throw away their books, bibliohordophile or something.
