My husband, Zeera (Zee) Charnoe, and I joined librarything a few days ago.
I've enjoyed reading your home page at librarything.
You have a beautiful library.
I've only catalogued 200 of about 4,000 books and journals we have.
We share at least 15 similar books and authors, so far.
I am helped by everything Zee has ever written or spoken.
His source of inspiration offers purpose and hope for the soul.
I have had the pleasure of being his student, partner and assistant for 21+ years.
Zee has taught and studied gnosis, gnostic writings, Huna, Zen, Zen meditation, Tibetan Buddhism, hypnosis,
and a wide range of subjects and disciplines.
He was a physics professor of optics and acoustics, in Denmark.
He has been the CEO of numerous organizations dedicated
to environmental products and services (Life Essential Systems).
There are tens of thousands of pages
of short writings and short books at his website:
http://ecophysics.org
There are four actual books there,
with numerous more writings and books in process:
1. What Life Is and What Life Is For
2. Anaclysm
3. The Soul of a Poet-Philosopher
(poetry and short stories)
4. Language, Literacy and Intelligence:
Made For Each Other ! ? (1986 thesis) (draft)
There are also hundreds of audio recordings
of lectures, meditations and hypnosis scripts,
that are available on DVD's,
and are played (and archived) at a webcast:
ANACLYSM radio program
www.blogtalkradio.com
We live a very quiet, secluded life,
surrounded by plants and books.
We very much like to exchange
with others of like mind,
who seek to connect to a greater scheme.
Zee continues to write.
I would be happy to e-mail you current writings, as they become available,
if you are interested.
Thank you for your attention.
Kind regards,
Jennifer Gray Charnoe (ecohealth2003) Jenn@honouredliving.org

I've read your review of Shibumi, and I share your evaluation of it.
But I must add that - if someone really attempts to turn it into a movie - they weill surely not be able to get the right feeling Trevanian has put into his character's very special way to think about, and practice, sexualityWhich means ... they will fuck it up.
Anyway, good to see the list of books we share, though regrettably you don't have any one of mine listed.

By the way, I shot you an e-mail a week or so back at the address on your UHI card ... did you get that? I was basically seeing if you'd have time for lunch one of the days when you're in the neighborhood.
