Having just read Lucid Intervals by Stuart Woods, completing my reading of all forty-three of Woods' novels, all of which I've thoroughly enjoyed, I am compelled to make a comment, viz., in my opinion, Chiefs (the first Will Lee book) is the best-written and most intriguing of all his books, and was followed by four other Will Lee books, each as interesting and well-written. He is obviously one of my favorite authors, and I am fond of his other protagonists also, especially Stone Barrington. I look forward to another long series of novels by this prolific writer.
