Enjoyed browsing your collection and your website.
Noticed you liked The Bluest Eye, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also southern and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

When you have time.. send me your email and I will send you a Facebook signup (free) request.
My email is Talk with you soon!!! You can find me as Duke Fuller
Hi, sorry for the late response.. still trying to figure out this thing...
Yes.. you can see all my original Booth, Wrightson art at under Duke Fuller.
I also have a facebook account and it would be great if you joined my Franklin Booth, Willy Pogány, and Coles Phillips fan group sites. Keep checking my library.. I'm still adding a ton of Booth and other stuff.....take care and thanks for sharing!!!! ~D
Yes, I check out Comicart on occasion. I used to be on the mailing list, but the signal to noise ratio for artists I'm interested was way too high.
It'd be nice if the Fenners would put up forums at the Spectrum site.
I got the superdeluxe version of the Prince Valiant Sunday page that has an original Gianni pencil preliminary. I had to pass on that same sort of edition for the 20K reprint ($$$), although I did order the signed edition of it. I also have the Dark Horse comic version and the Heironymous Press version as well.

I got the new Roger Dean book after flipping through it and seeing some Mike Kaluta character designs. I'll pick up Views when it's reprinted, too. Now to find Magnetic Storms.
You own Paul Bonner's new art book. Therefore you must be one of the good guys.
Thanks for dropping by my profile. I am at a game company in the Bay area: Crystal Dynamics. We're just down the 101 from you in Redwood City. I'm pretty new to the area and the industry; I know some ex-EA people but don't know anyone currently there. It is a small world indeed!
I'm in awe of your art book collection!
Wasn't there a bit of controversy regarding Ian McCaig when SW:The Phantom Menace came out and the Naboo architecture was remarkbly like Dinotopia's? I seem to remember a mention of Lucas calling Gurney about it.
Yes, a new Ron Cobb book would be nice. He does have an offical website now. Much to my chagrin, Moebius does not.
I also wouldn't mind seeing books on several other people that are primarily known as concept artists. Andrew Probert is working on such a book, and there is a new (very expensive) Ralph McQuarrie book that is supposed to be very comprehensive.

A book on William Stout's entire career is WAY overdue.

Mike Kaluta has also done some concept work for more than one now-defunct computer game.
I don't have any solo books to include, but all the Fading Suns series of gamebooks is in my library (I art directed them, and did many illustrations). I have yet to tackle my shelf of White Wolf game books, which I also have a lot of work in.
I just added my copy of Slow Monkey to my library, yet I see you don't have one. You should get a copy, I think you'd like it!
In an effort to repair the space-time rift before tragedy ensued, I've added some more books from my graphic novel shelf, which has brought my total up to 46 books shared with you, yet I see you only share 45 with me! I fear reality still remains in peril...
