About me I read, I write, I pray and meditate. Not a nun, though. I'm a mom of 2 grown children, a wife, a novice yogini, a low-budget traveler, and recovering control freak.

Currently reading: A Natural History of the Senses, by Diane Ackerman; Nov 20, 2006 issue of The New Yorker; Yoga for Wellness: Healing with the Timeless Teachings of Viniyoga, by Gary Kraftsow [25 Jan 2008]

About my library I've been keeping a list of the books I read since 1976.

i like your feet.

what are you making, mud wine?
Yeah. Hand of the Enemy is a great read. Although, I still prefer her short stories. ;P
Maybe not, because I actually haven't submitted my stories to any books. But, I've submitted them to magazines and have been published. ;P I'm trying to come up with a collection though. Just trying to find time.
Hi Dizzydame! I got kerima's Hand of the Enemy from National Bookstore. And then, I got the other Kerimas at the UP Bookstore which is located at the Bahay ng Alumni in UPdil.

A catholic themed horror story, for me, is a story which makes use of catholic dogmas or imageries to push forward the story. The opposite of which uses none of them(to be simplistic about it). ;P

Anyway, I didn't notice I posted on my OWN profile.
Well thank yo for all your kind words! There certainly is something permanent about all the bookshelves we got back in February! I sure hope I don't ever have to do the sort of move you and your husband are about to do!; unless, of course it's a smaller place with more bookshelves... Tell your husband that you're eyeballing his baseball collection and his fishing equipment as much as he's taking stock of the books.

Regards,
WHL
Thanks for visiting, DizzyDame! I'm glad to read from your profile that I'm not alone in keeping a list of books read over the years!
