Oh, you've got the Rabbit quad. The first two are among my earliest reading memories, and I really enjoyed them at the time. I occasionally attribute my gray and weary outlook towards the people-side of life, including early romances, to dear Mr. Updike, so there are times when I really want to slap him; those Pulitzers aimed low keep me at bay. I've somehow lost the Bech books.

I've seen that hoarding virus get pretty bad, so please get the shots soon.

Your 'lifetime' tag looks very comforting. You've been busy.

This listing exercise is a little unsettling. The number
of books I've lost, lent, abandoned, misplaced, or
simply trashed over the years is beginning to sink in,
and it's all a little sad. So many pages befriended then
callously cast into a gutter after I've had my fun, and
I am ashamed.
