I've just started adding my books to librarything.com, but I looked up on of my favorites tonight, THERE WILL BE TIME by Poul Anderson. Like you, I read this book many years ago, and it has never left me. I've re-read it probably 10 times since I found a copy a couple of years ago. Especially that last chapter... where the narrator talks wistfully about sitting in front of the fire, drinking hot cider, and playing records, and remembers. And the last paragraph in the book has the most wonder of any other paragraph I think I've ever read.

Well, anyway, lol, I'm a fan. Would love to discuss the book with you further, I've got some unanswered questions in my mind about the book, maybe you do, too.
We're good to go. You should see me on your friends list and I know I see you on mine.
Thanks for the comments. I was not actually aware of "Satori". I thought "Wanderer" was #3 and the end. I am familiar with the Paladin books but have not read them. However, I have read almost EVERYTHING else b Ms. Cherryh.

Might I recommend to you Satori, Dennis Schmidt' other Kensho novel? Full sequence : 1 Way-Farer 2 Kensho 3 Satori 4 Wanderer

Having read parts of Way-Farer when published in Galaxy my first reaction had been "hmm, familier, why?" followed by a rendition of a happy dance when I realized *why* it seemed familier.

Of course, not having looked through you catalog prior to posting, the next suggestion might be redundant, but C.J. Cheryh's The Paladin might also be an interesting read.
