About my library He's the sailor, into hard SF and science, she's the cooking, classic literature and most of the fantasy. How gender specific can you get?

From Her: I've started rating things:

1 is I'm going to rate it just to say it's vile,
3 is serviceable for purpose,
5 is YAY !! TOTALLY BRILLIANT.

You're the 8th most similar library to mine, and we both commented makyo's LJ thread :)
Indeed! "Oh my God, they're playing twister..."
*Icon love*
Cheers, I didn't realise the Robot City stuff was so complicated that there were omnibus volumes with similar names. You learn something new every day. I guess it is probably safest to leave them as they are as others have now entered the same title. Thanks for taking a look anyway.
I was mildly amused to discover that you own more of the books I've read this year* than anyone else on the whole of LibraryThing. It's a small interweb (or something).

*The only thing I use this for is to track that - I do own more than 22** books, promise! A lot more...

**My god I'm not reading very much at the moment. [sigh] I shall have to do something to rectify that...
Which one of you is the fan of George Mikes?
Your copy of "Her Smoke Rose Up From Supper" is lacking an author. It was written by "Jeanne Gomoll (editor)". Please change it.
Hi Fran,

If you are not too busy (well maybe after Easter then) would you mind taking a look at your copy of "Isaac Asimov's Robot City: Bk.2". You have it as written by William Wu. I think it was written by Mike McQuay. I would greatly appreciate it if you could check and fix either the author or the title to make it consistent with the real book. Also the Robot City books had proper titles of one word (in addition to the series specifier). Thanks in advance
Hello!! Just what I needed, something else to keep me glued to the screen!! Looks good though. We've ordered a CueCat because we might not live long enough to catalogue things manually!
Hi -I've uploaded a cover image for The Tyrant King. Cheers!
You're #2 on my books-in-common list, and I've only added 1/5th of my library so far ;-)
Hi Dowds! I'm so happy to see that someone else has The Tyrant King.
THAT is a great photo, dowds.
