About meI'm a reader, freelance writer, and blogger; oh, yes, and a wife and mom. I love books, movies, TV, food, wine, Jesus, scintillating conversation, games, people, snow, fog, comfortable shoes, words, traveling, and laughing.
About my libraryPosting my library of books owned, read, and still-to-read has been a great exercise in self-awareness. The more time I spend updating my catalog, the more I become aware of all the great books I haven't read. So many books, so little time. Gotta get reading.

And that's an excellent point about the financial accountability. Transparency is the only way to go; it's no problem whatsoever if you have nothing to hide.
Maybe part of the problem with this book is that when we endorse something, it's the whole thing. We can't pick and choose what parts we like about someone's story (just like we can't do that with the Bible and expect it to retain any authority over our lives). There are things I admire in Blessit, but they are outweighed by the things I just can't go along with.
It's nice to meet a fellow believer here. Godspeed! :)
