About meI love Emily Dickinson.

I teach first grade. I am a reading specialist hoping to move into the teen library world very soon (3 more classes). I have served on the Michael Printz Committee, BBYA, and I will start my stint on the Caldecott Committe very soon. I review for the Michigan Reading Journal. The Allegan High School Galley Group keeps me young. We have worked together for the last five years.

About my libraryThis library is linked to my website ( www.spicyreads.org ). These are the books that I have reviewed for the Michigan Reading Journal (plus some picture books that I shared with a class at KVCC (on how to use books in the classroom).
