About meI am the author of the historical novel, Syncopation, a Memoir of Adele Hugo, the fictionalized autobiography of Victor Hugo's scandalous daughter.

I also write for children. With my family, I published The Stolen Goldin Violin, a middle-grade mystery that takes place at the Aemerican Suzuki Institute, a music camp in central Wisconsin.

I'm also an avid reader, of all genres and for all ages.
