About meI am an English major. I love to read. I try to write. I collect owls. I don't believe in love at first site. I am not very spontaneous. I could be friendlier. If someone would pay for it, I would go to school for a very long time. I have been too busy to have any fun, so I am trying desperately to destress. I wish that there were more literary people left in this world. I think that texting is killing the written word. When I get on a soapbox I tend to stay on it for quite a while. I want to build a self-sustaining home, if I ever get ahead finacially at all.

About my libraryI enjoy Tom Robbins, Neil Gaiman, and Oscar Wilde. I just read The Time Traveler's Wife, and I thought it was amazing. Some of my favorites are The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Picture of Dorian Gray, American Gods, Skinny Legs and All, The Great Gatsby, Watchmen, etc. I like to read most classics. I loathe Moby Dick and Melville in general. Any book of that nature can stay far away from me.
