Congratulations! That's a lovely reason to interrupt your crafting...

and re: the book - drooool. I won't be getting it right away, but I've wishlisted it. Sometime soon, I hope. Gorgeous sample pictures and useful-looking diagrams!
Thanks! I did find it before the fair - one last search after I left the comment and I discovered it and updated my links. Yeah, Geocities disappearing is highly annoying. Putting it on the Florilegium (sp?) is great - a lot of people are likely to see it there.

Hmmm - I have my own site. If you'd like, I could host some of the pages - the ones that don't go on Stefan's (and see if you can link from his to mine). I don't know what sort of bandwidth you usually use, but I don't use anything like what I have available per month. It's guenean.com - nothing much on it now (well, my Makers Fair handouts, but not much more).
I believe you're the Eve who had the tabletweaving page on Sympatico.ca. Does that page still exist anywhere? I'm demonstrating tabletweaving at Maker Faire and I had your page as one of the links in my handout - I'd like to still include it, if there's someplace people can access it. Thanks!
(Reposting to correct the stupid in my first try making this comment :D)

Thanks for the head's up that the author of "Strangers in Paradise" is NOT a woman. I'll make that change in my review.

:)
RE: Strangers in Paradise

Good to know, thanks! Part of the reason I was unsure is that the introduction strongly implies that 1-9 were the beginning, so I thought the first collection it might be a prequel or collected shorts or somethings, but a previous miniseries makes sense.

You ought to go fill in some of the Common Knowledge and stuff for the series, so everyone can learn! :D
