About meI'm a songwriter, novelist, mother, lover/wife, friend, and Montessori elementary teacher in Portland, Oregon. Because I read so much, my house is a mess. But my sunflowers (which are very independent) are glorious.
About my libraryMy library is 35 years in the making, and is now in balance with the amount of space I have for books in my family's small home. In other words, if a new book comes in, something has to leave the shelf. I rarely buy a book I haven't already read at least once, and I use the public library extensively. I am also a member of Bookcrossing, and I delight in releasing books into the world and tracking their journeys.
