About meWell, I'm currently teaching Children's Literature at Longwood University. My interests in books (and that's what we're all here for, right?) is 19th century American, Children's and Young Adult Literature, and Southern American Literature. For some reason I've really gotten into Literary Biographies recently. We'll see how long that lasts.

This is my library. Nothing really impressive. I'm working on adding all my books, so what is here now is only a small selection of what I have. I'm working through the alphabet and in genres. Right now I'm just doing general fiction. Next will be YA novels, than Children's literautre, poetry, drama, horror, mystery, Shakespeare, Faulkner (He has his own shelf), reference books, non-fiction, collections / anthologies.

Also, I've tried to rate every book I've read. If there is no rating than that mean I either forgot about it or I have not read it. If there is one star than I would suggest you stay very far away from the book (i.e. FRANZEN!).
