Oh, she definitely has favorites when it comes to anything (clothes, shoes, books - everything). She's 21 months now, but she's usually mistaken for older (3 feet tall, speaks in short sentences, etc.) Here's a photo.
At the moment, I'm in the middle of The Iliad, The Man in the Queue (British mystery, 1920s), and Notes from a Small Island (travel writing about Great Britain). I do need to get going on the next book in my tea mystery series before it's due back at the library. I keep a book going for nightstand bedtime reading (something light), my project read for when E goes down to nap (something "serious"), and a book for downstairs and going out. Except for the time I take when E naps, I usually only have a few minutes scattered here and there, so it's helpful to have a book-in-progress nearby.

Nu, what have you read recently (I'm nosy)?
I just found a yoga for kids book on Amazon. It's by the same creator of those kids' DVDs Collage used to sell (not that I've seen those). There are a ton of yoga studios in SoCal, but the funny thing is that there are baby yoga classes, and big kid yoga classes, but nothing for 2-to-5-year-olds. (E's favorites are seal and downward dog... what a ham.)
