About me Trying to reclaim my love of reading after two years of graduate school that left me with virtually no hobbies. BA in English, MEd in School Counseling. Elementary school counselor, first bass in church choir, computer networking and Apple hack, owner of a new house with a pain-in-the-rear yard, and classic wet-shaver.

About my library Programmed a library catalog in high school and built my book/file/CD collection to over 1000 items by the middle of college, but I'm having to scale back by the space demands of a new house and the fact that I simply can't read everything I managed to pick up at book sales. I'm really going over the library with a discerning eye. Most of the non-lit books are going to a new home.

Just committed to BookPedia for my library catalog, and just found this website (thanks Jennifer) - and adding books VERY slowly.
