GroupsBibliobloggers, but will that fit in my bookshelf?, Emerging Church

About me i hold a B.A. in business administration from azusa pacific university and an M.A. in theology and biblical studies from fuller theological seminary. i believe deep in my bones that god is good, he created this phsyical world good--this is a deeply spiritual reality--and that through the resurrected christ, god is making and will make all things new. forever.

i enjoy travel. beauty. poetry. conversation. baseball. music. reading. writing. questions. smiles.

my faith is not rooted in ideas and abstract theology. it is rooted in encounters with god through the people of zambia and kenya. it was in this spaces and places that my theological-philosophical-exegetical study took on flesh.

there is so much more going on...

I am originally and still in Texas. And I do recognize some of your professors names, though I can't place the articles or books I may have read by them...but I am sure I have with Dr. Mariane at the least. The others may have been merely skimming through ATLA.

And yes, LA should be in the San Jaquin, and under a bishop in Africa, however I don't know how long they will be recognized as such.
I noticed you have Wrizba's, "Living the Sabbath." What are your thoughts? I am at Georgetown College and study philosophy under Wirzba. Fun guy, great ideas. Let me know what you think. Be well.
Just a hello. Looks like we have some shared interests (particularly Hauerwas and Yoder).
