About meThirty-something lover of books, vegan, HR and AR armchair activist and blogger extrordinaire. My hobbies are tea, collecting tea paraphenalia, reading, and trying new foods. I've been married 20 years, and we have a wonderful little 7 year old boy and a geriatric "puppy."

About my libraryAssorted books on tea, cooking, sci fi, fantasy, Buddism, philosophy, AR, veganism, etc.

My favorite way to read is ereader editions on my Palm Pilot. It allows me to carry my books everywhere and takes almost no room. I even use it to read bedtime stories to my little boy, because the screen is backlit so I can read it in the dark.

I'm not sure if I'm doing the library right because I don't think I can get my ereader books from Amazon, so the editions might be off in my "ereader" tagged library. But the titles and authors are still correct.

Also, the only books being entered are books I have actually read (most read or reread, though a few I've only read partway and didn't finish for whatever reason) and still currently own. So I do have many other books on my shelves that are in my cue. Also, many books I have read but no longer own are not being listed.

I reviewed several books in my library, but I plan (for the most part) on avoiding books that have already been extensively reviewed by other members. Its unlikely I would contribute anything original in those circumstances. The only exceptions might be books who have reviews either omitting points or that I disagree with.
