Hello from another fan of military memoirs and history. Paul Fussell is a favorite of mine too, and we've swapped a couple books. Here's what he said about my ASA memoir -

"I greatly enjoyed Soldier Boy. [Bazzett] has a rare talent - I've seldom encountered the like in fifty years of college teaching: the ability to keep the reader moving forward!"

Paul Fussell
author of the WWII memoir, Doing Battle: The Making of a Skeptic, and The Great War and Modern Memory, winner of both the National Book Award and the National Book Critics Circle Award

Hope you'll look at my website, RatholeBooks.com. I'm on Amazon too. Be well, Tim
Most of the "Members with my books" are on the list because of commonalities with my science fiction. Your library seems to have turned up on that list primarily based on our common non-science fiction, though we do have some SF in common. Our tag clouds have some similarities, I notice.
