Hi GMK - Looks like I've come across someone who likes Jane Urquhart too! I'm hoping against hope she'll write another book soon - I think I've read everything she's written. I love them all, but Away is my favorite.
We seem to have a somewhat unusual combination of authors in common! We both like Vikram Seth, Diana Gabaldon, Anne Tyler, Carol Shields and Alexander McCall Smith.
