About me I don't read as much as I would like. I generally have two or three books going at a time - one for the bus, one for the house. I adore horror - mostly because reading it is far scarier than seeing it in a movie for me. I read books, comics, graphic novels. I adore the library and book stores - just hanging out among books is rejuvenating for me, somehow.

About my library Anyone seeing the books on our shelves might notice that we are very eclectic. Among my favorites are Chaucer, Shakespeare, Margaret Atwood, Stephen King, Richard Laymon, John Irving, to name a few. I prefer paperbacks because of their portability - like on the bus.

I was exploring LT members from Pittsburgh and just happened on your profile--I have to recommend The Town That Forgot How to Breathe by Kenneth Harvey. I'm just finishing it up, and I have to say it's the best literary horror I've ever come across. And yep, it's in paper (I think it's dated 2004). Drop me a line if you end up looking it up...
