About meImagine Luna Lovegood with verbal irony and a dash of extreme klutziness.

I believe in creativity and imagination and decreasing world suck. I write. I read. I roller skate (preferably wearing a tutu). I like getting carried away by things I find inspiring.

As far as the great debates of the world are concerned: I prefer zombies to unicorns, werewolves to vampires, Pinky to Brain, and ninjas to pirates; dragons take all.

You can tell a lot about my mood by my socks. (Mismatched knee highs with funny patterns = good.)

The ellipsis is my favorite form of punctuation….

About my libraryI. Love. Reading.

I turned the biggest room in my apartment (which is supposed to be my bedroom) into a library. I group books together loosely by genre, but mostly by how much I love them.

When I find a writer I like, I tend to keep reading his or her published books until I find one I don't like.

Hope you like them... and that they arrive soon if they haven't already!!
SantaThing 2013. Thanx so much for the books. I'm sure I will enjoy them immensely. You are so right about the Fforde. Complete oversight not having the first one on my list. It was ironic, that I had purchased that very book for my niece this year. Glad to have my own copy.

Hope your Santa was as good to you as you were to me.

Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year
The movie is good but really different. The sequels are good but not AS good. My favorite of her books after Howl's Moving Castle are the Chrestomanci books--I think the first is Charmed Life--and Archer's Goon. Good luck!
Oh, you just made my day! I'm so glad you liked Howl's Moving Castle! I thought getting that book was a bit of a risk, but I love it so much, I think everyone should read it.
