BUSINESS:
Jeremy runs a 4-person firm that provides the consulting and creation of all of the marketing, adverting and design collateral for small to mid sized businesses. He is also the author of, “Being a Starving Artist Sucks” (which some call the bible of graphic design success, 500 pgs) and several other easy to use, proven resources (templates, audio, books) geared towards helping new or struggling creative freelancers run a more profitable, more enjoyable business in the shortest time possible by covering the areas that freelancers struggle with the most: pricing, negotiating, contracts, finding business, and customer service.

In late 2007 he added a 1 on 1 coaching/mentoring component to the product mix, as well as being invited to speak to design students at several local colleges, including the Art Institute of Phoenix.

He is a published, expert author with over 60 + online articles to his credit, as well as, “The Can-Do Confidence Builder” for small business owners looking for exclusive insider advice on how get the most leverage out of their marketing and design.

A self taught, self-motivated designer, Jeremy worked his way out of the corporate world close to ten years ago to pursue his true passion in design, studying and learning the profession from the bottom up. Starting at a local Kinkos store and moving from design position to design position over the course of a few years – each one a bit more rewarding than the last, he’s had the good fortune of working in many design environments with well over a hundred different artists.

This unique perspective of being creative and business savvy, along with extensive practical experience in the corporate world has given him an exceptional advantage in understanding the marketing/design challenges and needs of business owners.

Jeremy has a decade of experience with brand identity, web design, marketing strategy, advertising creations, direct mail, content editing, custom photography, photo editing/manipulation, and multimedia presentations.

About my libraryAnything Seth Godin puts out; the guy's a marketing genius and terrific slice-of-life observer.

Anything Robert Fulghum writes as well. I have several of Mr. Fulghum's books and audio cds. I find humor, wisdom, and peace through his short stories about his life and travels.
