About meI am a science librarian in Las Vegas, Nevada. I created this account to get a sense of how I wanted to build my collection and also to get leads on great books. I hope others look at my list and decide to read something on it.

About my libraryEverything in my collection is worth a read (or, in the case of cookbooks and dictionaries, a use). I get rid of books I've read but wouldn't suggest to others, because really, what's the point?

Books I tend to buy include graphic novels, American poetry, French and Arabic language guides, cookbooks, books on figure drawing, and anything that a trusted friend with good taste tells me to purchase.
