It's a nonfiction novel, most of which occurs in the East Village (a few bloks from the St. Mark's bookstore. I tell people that my hyper self-consciousness was influenced by Hamsun's protagonist in Hunger. That's the truth; I don't say that just because you're Norwegian.
It's been reviewed often on LT, as well as on amazon.com and barnes&noble.com.
