About meI am a home schooling mother of eleven children and author. We live outside Washington DC in VA.

I'm very excited about LibraryThing and I believe it will change the way homeschoolers find out about books. I'm writing a Blog about it now and the possibilities for homeschoolers. One example: our children can keep their own library and write (or dictate) book reviews in their own space.

About my libraryI'm considering keeping this space for my books and starting another space for my children's books so I only have a hand full of my children's books listed. There are pros and cons to this method --haven't decided yet.

Thanks for adding me.
Thank you so much for being my friend..
Thanks for the link... I love the "Parable of the Dancing God", especially since I first heard it on audio. Powerful powerful message.
Thank you so much Robin! I will definitely check it out!

Blessings,
Ginnie
Thanks for the link, new friend :)

Thank you, Robin, for replying to my note. And also for the links -- two very valuable web sites that I am so glad to know about! Nice getting to meet you! Martha Huntley
Hi Robin, I just wanted to say thank you for your book "A Family Guide to the Biblical Holidays". My family is just discovering our "Hebrew roots", and your book has been very helpful. I just joined LibraryThing and I'm loving it! Your library is helping me find books, too. Thanks so much.
Donna
Hi, Robin. I don't know anything about you but read your review of The Shack and thought it was great! Thank you! Martha Huntley
May the stars carry your sadness away,
May the flowers fill your heart with beauty,
May hope forever wipe away your tears,
And, above all, may silence make you strong.

Hi Robin, I was looking up a book today and stumbled across this Libraything. I joind and started loading up my personal library, then I came across shared readers and found HeartOfWisdom, I hoped it was you. Looking at the profile, Yep! it is the one and only Robin Sampson. I am a member of your YahooGroup and have some of your homeschool materials. I appreciate your approach and support to homeschool families. I have a question for you? How are you doing? I haven't seen a post in a while about your health. You are in my prayers.

Hi Robin. I know it's been a while since you left a comment for me but I wanted to finally let you know that I liked the info on your websites so much that I went and bought your books 'The Heart of Wisdom Teaching Approach' and 'A Family Guide to the Biblical Holidays'. I'll also be buying your unit study and can't wait to get started. Also, thank you for the ebook offer but I'm not the ebook type because I like to hold the book in my hands and mostly read in bed at night after the children are in bed since that is pretty much my only quiet time when I can concentrate (I have six children and another due in Nov.)

Blessings,
Nadine

ps. We also have a miniature horse! Aren't they fun?!
Hello, I was researching an author and saw that you had read the book, so I thought I might ask you about it.I have recently had a recommendation on Richard Booker's book, How the Cross Became a Sword, and I was wondering what you thought of it? I have been deep in the throes of a heated discussion on the Jan Karon website discussing the truth of the scriptures vs. the rituals and traditions of the church. A friend told me about this book, and I am researching its value.
Hey, if you like Jewish books, check out my catalogue. I have many Jewish and Messianic books.
Hi Robin
I haven't heard back from you but I have researched your book and am very interested in the method you present. Just to let you know that I've gone ahead and purchased this and am looking forward to reading it. I'm sharing this book with others as well in my homeschool group. Thanks!
Julie
Thanks for the link, Robin!
I've just begun to look at your list and have already went straight to Amazon to order a few. I seen your book on Anemia, and remembered that you had struggled with that (me too). That was one of the books I ordered because I'm still trying to figure out how to "fix" it.
Thanks!
Antoinette
