About me I'm a 26 year old Mechanical Engineer. When not working or reading I enjoy hiking, biking, rowing, decorating cakes, painting, running, and writing in my livejournal. I happily live with my husband Adam our cats Audrey and Beavis and our hedgehog Kili.

About my library I love reading John Irving most of all, but I have recently started enjoying the light reads of Chick Lit. I don't necessarily keep books around forever. Only the ones I really enjoy and want to read again. In this catalog I record books I have read. I get a lot of my books from the library.

Hi, I see you enjoy John Irving's work - have you read A Prayer for Owen Meany yet? It is his best by far, one of my favorites! Happy reading!
Dear chick-lit reader,

I’m a belgian university student that loves chick-lit. Would you like to help me with my thesis and write to me why you (personally) like reading chick-lit? What is it about chick-lit that appeals to you? What are your favourite books and why? Your help would mean a lot to me!

Best wishes,
