About meI am Librarian, (funny about that), whose collection focus is Central Asia and the Himalaya. The history of the Silk Road, Tibet, Nepal, and Great Game are key areas of interest. I also have an interest in China, India and Indonesia but will only purchase in these these areas if a particular work interests me. I am also a frustrated archaeologist.

I am fascinated by cross cultural contacts, especially in border regions, for example the Sino-Tibetan borderlands and ancient contacts between China and the "West".
