thanks for your message. I think this book is very good and it may be useful for your research. It includes a CD with the images of the original notebooks of Lloyd and Bleek (records of information given by a group of displaced San, in the 1870-1880s) which is searchable. The lay-out of the book is beautiful!
I hope you can find a copy in Australia.
