Yes, we are still all friends, everything is dandy on that subject. :) Its raining today, but its muggy, so its pretty gross. :S

Thats so cool that you'll be graduating college soon! We're all in Year 11, which I think is junior year in America. What are you studying at college? I want to go university after school and study investigative journalism, and if that doesn't work out, I would like to go into the police force.

How have you been? I'm on spring break as of last night, but am trying to catch up on math homework and get ahead in other subjects, but am taking a day off to spend with my friend and also hope to get some reading in. What have you been up to?

I've read a few of those books, they're good. (:
Um..I've been reading a lot, let's see my favourites..
- All Quiet On The Western Front by Erich Maria ___________ (forgotten his last name) = Great book about the 'other' side of war.
- The Color Purple by Alice Walker = Very, very interesting, it's written in a style I've never seen before.
- Lessons From a Dead Girl by Jo Knowles = WOW! This book blew my mind.

But I've mostly been writing my own novel, which is 62,285 words long so far. I want at least 65,000.
And I'm also writing the second in the trilogy atm.

OMG! I'm so jealous. I went to the first afterschool session with a bunch of friends. :)
I loved The Lovely Bones! I'm surprised you don't..yeah, I read Sold, it made me cry so much!
I just watched The Secret Life of Bees for the first time (I've read the book) and it's amazing! Definitely one of my favourite movies.
I went to Short Stack on Saturday night and it was INCREDIBLE! It was full and we were about five or six rows back from the stage. They're great live. And there had two awesome bands who supported them, including The Sundance Kids which are this pretty famous Aussie band from Adelaide.
I'm reading The Reptile Room from A Series of Unfortunate Events. But mostly I've been watching alot of movies. I saw Adventureland which I loved and an indie flick with Blake Lively from her pre-Gossip Girl days and that was good too.

They teach really fast at college so I don't have much time to read for pleasure except in breaks. That's why I stopped adding Twilight stuff, although I miss keeping up on it and chatting to you guys, and feel really out of it regarding the latest TwiNews. Have been reading Alice in Wonderland for ages now with Dopey and have just 10 pages left (not including the Looking Glass). Was determined to read it eventually coz I never have, but am not keen on it. Have you ever read it? If so, what did you think?

I haven't read Stargazer yet but I guessed that something like that would happen. Ugh, Bianca annoyed me really badly in Evernight b/c she was all like, "Oh I don't fit in" when she didn't even try fitting in anyway and Lucas 'understood' her when he was a vampire slayer destined to destroy her kind, I mean, seriously, how stupid is that? And she was always complaining about how ugly she was when she sounded really pretty and everyone else thought she was gorgeous too.

Yay! I'm so happy you're going to read The Pact. I'm re-reading City of Glass for like the millionth time b/c I have nothing to read. :( I just finished reading Salem Falls by Jodi Picoult, which was good. She writes too much! It seems everytime I finish a book by her, there's another one out.

I'll add her. :)

CHAOS! Our hemisphere is doomed! lol just kidding. gosh, i can be a wee bit retarded. :P Everythings good over here. The weather is getting nice and warm, so winter is hopefully far behind us. I had my schools production of Romeo and Juliet last night and the night before. It was soooo good and everyones a bit sad that its over. Leah and Alicia were in it too. Hows YOUR side of the world? Heard about that so called scandal over the "Hey Hey Its Saturday" Jackson 5 skit? Its been sooo overblown and it paints Australia in a really bad light. :(

Yeah! It's been on the radio heaps and I love it. I got over it awhile ago but this just gives me a reason to listen to it again. If you haven't heard it, I'm Not Your Boyfriend Baby by 3Oh!3 is really good. :)

Do you have any songs you really like right now b/c I need an update..I also like Stripper by The Soho Dolls. :) I'm in love with Muse right now. Haha.

I've been good..it's getting really warm here, like I'm at school in the library right now and it's really hot. :L But I hate our summer uniform so I refuse to take my jumper off. Gosh, I'm weird. :)

Yeah, I read a lot of them but it is enjoying b/c they're just hoping to ride on the wave - no, tsunami that Twilight's created. But books like Mortal Instruments and Lovely Bones and Memoirs of a Geisha is waay better than Twilight. I saw a movie the other day on TV and it was EXACTLY like Memoirs of a Geisha, except instead of hoping to be the best geisha, the girl wanted to be the best courtsean (sp?). I was like RIP OFF!! but it actually was a good movie. :)

I'm re-reading The Pact again, I love that book. :)

You were right. I loved it.

Poison Study starts off slow but it has a really interesting plot - and romance, which I like in all books. :)

BUT I think there are waay to many fantasy books nowadays. Everyone seemed to jump on the bandwagon after how popular Twilight got.

Um..our holidays are for two weeks and I'm staying right where I am..no exotic holidays for me. I think the ending was really sad but at least they found eacvh other i the end. :) I LOVED MY SISTER'S KEEPER AS A MOVIE!! I cried so bad. In the cinemas. How embarassing! :) Hehe. I miss you too. :(

Um, I've been really good as well. :) I liked the Time Traveler's Wife as well. I can't wait to see the movie! OMG, are you physic?! I'm going to see 500 Days of Summer with one of my friends in the holidays. Holidays start in exactly one and a half days!! YAY!! I've been reading SO MUCH..alot of Jodi Picoult..My Sister's Keeper, The Pact, Plain Truth and Keeping Faith (which I am reading now). I think you'd like them. :) I'm also waiting to read Mao's Last Dancer which my friend Nicole swears is the best book ever..so, yeah. :)

I think you should listen to Uprising, Guiding Light, Resistance & Undisclosed Desires by Muse..they're really good, I didn't like them at all when I first heard them but the second time around they were awesome! :)

I loved Airhead but I don't think Being Nikki is out here yet. :( OME, The Time Traveller's Wife is AWESOME, a little gross in some parts and REALLY confusing but it's great and the ending is so sweet. :) It's a movie now, did you know? Starring Eric Bana and Rachel MacAdams. Eric Bana is Aussie! It's not released here yet but I think I'm going to watch it with Alicia when it comes out. :)

haha umm... the lady right at the front is a teacher - Ms Liddy. The one reaching towards the camera is me. And Kyra is next to Toni up the back. The guy taking the photo had taken a group photo of us just beforehand and he wouldnt give me my camera back. I didnt know that as I was reaching for it, he took a photo. I like it cause its so different and a bit unusual. :D

Yeah, netball is pretty hard but it's really fun too. :)
I've watched the first movie of the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants but I haven't read the books. :) I'm so busy now. And I kinda like it! :D Haha.

Netball is kinda like basketball but really different, LOL. :) There are seven (I think) players on each team and they all have positions, their positions determine what they do and where they are allowed to go like e.g. only the Goal Attack, Goal Shooter, Goal Keeper and Goal Defence are allowed to go in the goal semi circle. Once you catch the ball, you're not allowed to move more than one step once, so you have to get it to someone else or try to shoot a goal if you're a Goal Shooter or Goal Attack. Yeah, and there are lots of rules. :S But that's basically it. :) I do it with Casey, Kyra and Shannon and I'm on a mixed team (netball is traditionally a girl's sport, like how soccer/basketball etc. are traditionally a guy's sport).
I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You by Ally Carter (there are two other books in the series so far)
Eternal by Cynthina Leitich Smith - a really awesome dark fantasy.
Need by Carrie Jones - it was kinda meh. So-so.
I can't remember who The Queen of Everything was by.
And you won't find Saltwater Moons or It's Yr Life b/c they're Aussie books. :)

I have netball today, I have bowling with Athina tomorrow, then school, and then I have netball again on Wednesday and then next weekend it's netball and Nat's bday party on Saturday and then Alicia's on Sunday. And then just school. :) I've been reading ALOT too. I've read I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You, Eternal (my fav book like ever!), Need, The Queen Of Everything, Saltwater Moons, It's Yr Life and I'm currently reading Cross My Heart and Hope To Spy. :)

Believe: From Addicition to Redemption by Raphael Leon.
Okay..I've been reading WAAAYY too much (Leah too, we're total library junkies :D) and there are some more books you gotta read: The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold and Luna by Julie Anne Peters.
They are both.."interesting" reads. But you can't put them down! I stayed up wayy past my bedtime reading Luna and I'm halfway through The Almost Moon, which is probably just the awesomest book EVER!

Yeah..our camps are "compulsory" but people just stay home. A couple did, one was one of my friends and he said he "went to Queensland" and then we had to do this letter thing to the future year 9s telling them about the camp and Leah was like, "Jon should do a letter to people who are thinking of going to Queensland." It was pretty funny and if looks could kill..yeah, I've been googling sporting clubs near my house and I found a few that have volleyball so I'm gonna go and see when they have volleyball and try out. :S Um..I'll tell you who Believe is by on my Monday b/c I left it in my locker. :(

Well..I'll be here when you get back of course, Leah and I decided to join either a netball or volleyball team b/c we're too lazy for our own good..but I just miss playing volleyball and working up a sweat! Haha. :) I've been reading so much..I'm in the middle of four books; A Great and Terrible Beauty, Believe, Sweethearts and Where Rainbows End. My fav out of the four has to be Believe..it's an Australian book about the technical side of recovery from drug addiction..it's soooo GOOD! It's told from the consellor's point of view with sessions with the addict (Sarah) and letters and diary enteries from her..I don't think you'd be able to find it in Ohio b/c it's an Aussie book but if you can..READ IT!.

Seriously, in science we had to make this mini shelters that were made from natural resources and I was partnering with my friend Emma and she pulled some bark off a tree and this HUGE, HAIRY spider jumped out, landed on the floor, got on its back legs and started spitting this stuff! I've never screamed so much in my life. :D

That happened to me last year. Well, more to my friend Erin. She wasn't in our class so she hung out with these other (horrible) girls in class and with us at recess and lunch and the other group used to ALWAYS pick fights with us (and the fact that I used to be best friends with one of them didn't help). In the end Erin had to choose between the two groups and she chose us (of course ;)
You are SOOOO lucky. We have like six weeks of school left. But in two more weeks, we have camp!!!! So I won't be on here for three days in a row (how will I survive?)

What concert did you see?

I wanted to go to the PCD and Beyonce concert but we're taking a trip to the Phillipines this year and we want to save up money because I have a god daughter (also my baby cousin) and three new cousins to spoil and my dad is going to buy all my Twilight and New Moon merchandise there because he's fed up with me dragging him into every store and deliberately pointing at Twilight merchandise like a little girl pointing at a new doll she wants.

I love how Australia is so diverse and multicultural. I wish you could come and meet us all here is Oz. Especially Narlene. I think it would be awesome if there was an American exchange program to go along with our Japanese one because even though the Japanese are Japanese/Asian, we need to learn other cultures from Europe or America to get rid of the stereotypes that tv's and movies place in our minds. Because of all the people I have talked on LT you are very polite and very unlike the Simpsons and reality tv show people. :)

I've only seen it on movies and tv shows and it isn't real life but it does look like a really good time. But I suck at dancing, well, actually, I've never danced before so I don't really know. And even though I don't wear dresses a lot, it would be fun to get all dressed up for one night. Haha, my dad will probably stalk me and my date and take pictures and be like standing in the back ground and yelling out, "Young man! Where do you think you're putting that hand?!!!" And I'll be like, "Oh, God." Haha. :)

Leven thumps is about a boy named Leven Thumps and this alternate world called Foo which is where dreams come from. There's a talking toothpick who is quite funny. Everything's going awesomely :D How long are you on break for? I read all of City of Glass on the internet, it took five hours but it was worth it. I LOVE IT! It's my favourite out of the three. I love Jace. I love Clary. I love everything about it! :D :D :D :D :D :D I am so glad that I didn't let City of Bones turn me off it. This is definitely my favourite book series, along with Twilight. I can't wait to have a daughter and FORCE her to read both! :)

Surroundings, yes that took me the longest to learn how to describe. Basically try to convey to your readers what your character is seeing. Maybe what the room or their surroundings looks like, what they are sensing; seeing, hearing, maybe tasting. Like now, I'm going back over my first chapter(little bit of a spoiler here) and trying to redescribe what Renesmee is seeing while she's star gazing, waiting for Jacob to come back from patroling(partoling what??)

Always be aware of your characters surroundings. Description is also a major key point while writing. Everyone think it is dialogue, that's good to, but it's really the description that makes the book or story your trying to write.

Yes, definetely practice, it's good. Hey if you become an Editor you could be mine and we could become famous together! LOL. I'm also writing one on Alice and Jasper as well, but that's proving to be harder than I thought. I can capture some of Alice's nature but Jasper is giving me some trouble because he's so quiet in the books until you get to like Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. Mostly Breaking Dawn. I want to do them justice ya know?
I would be careful about copying how other writers write. I did that once and it didn't work. So I kept practicing and practicing, writing something everyday or whenever I could and I eventually got better and created my own style of writing. You should definetely do that, practice, practice, practice. Oh, and remember, describe your surroundings and stuff like that.

Isn't the book great? No I haven't posted mine on fanfiction.com yet. I want to get a couple of chapters written first before I put any up. I know, the ones I read were horrible, there was only one on there that I liked but it wasn't well written. Lucky for me I've been writing since elementary and I've taken some writing classes, so I have complete sentences and the characters are themselves. Since I love Breaking Dawn so much, I'm doing an after story when Renesme is older. I'm hoping that my Renesme is good enough for all the fans out there. So I'm going to try and upload it by the end of the week, hopefully if my computer will let me.

I CRIED FOR AGES TOO. It sucked how they never really spent time together before she died! I was like to Claire, "You are SOOOOOO selfish! Your mum has cancer and you'd rather go out with your friends!" But I guess them missing each other is what makes it so sad.

Have heard of The Last Lecture from somewhere, but hadn't added it to my library so am so glad you brought that one up. It doesn't sound like it relates to the Holocaust though. Was Pausch a descendant from a concentration camp survivor perhaps? I can't see anything that relates to the Holocaust in the book's description.

Thought you might find this interesting regarding the author of Sunflower, which I found on Wikipedia (love that site):

Simon Wiesenthal (December 31, 1908 - September 20, 2005) KBE was an Austrian-Jewish architectural engineer and Holocaust survivor who became famous after World War II for his work as a Nazi hunter who pursued Nazi war criminals in an effort to bring them to justice.

Following four and a half years in the German concentration camps of Janowska, Plaszow, and Mauthausen during World War II, Wiesenthal dedicated most of his life to tracking down and gathering information on fugitive Nazis so that they could be brought to justice for war crimes and crimes against humanity. As soon as his health improved, Wiesenthal began working for the U.S. Army gathering documentation for the Nazi war crimes trials. In 1947, he and 30 other volunteers founded the Jewish Historical Documentation Center in Linz, Austria, in order to gather information for future trials. Later he opened Jewish Documentation Center in Vienna. Wiesenthal wrote The Sunflower, which describes a life-changing event he experienced when he was in the camp.

Wiesenthal died in his sleep at age 96 in Vienna on September 20, 2005.

Am so glad he got to go peacefully. You know, I've seen many documentaries and also made for t.v. movies about Nazis being brought to justice so he was probably mentioned in a few of them.

As far as qualifications needed, I'm not totally sure so would suggest asking your career counselor at school and also calling your local community college to ask them because colleges have counselors who can guide you as well.

Just finished Ghostgirl, which I'd highly recommend to anyone who enjoys books by Jaclyn Moriarty. The concept for the story is an original one and it was a really fun read. Loved the ending, but was sorry it ended too as I enjoyed it so much. Need to look up the author to see if she's written anymore now. It's about a girl who wants to be popular (she never has been) and just when things start to look up, she chokes on a gummy bear and dies. Her spirit then seeks a way to be popular. Can't tell you more than that without ruining it.

The book I'm reading right now (Book 2 of The Divide series) is a fantasy tale. In the first book, a boy and his parents are vacationing in Costa Rica and are right at the continental divide one day. The boy stands half on one side and half on the other, and suddenly finds himself in another world with mythical beings only the mythical beings' names are different to those known in our world. It has griffins, unicorns and pixies all with different names, for instance. It's about his adventure in this world to try and find both a way back and a cure for his illness (he's dying). If you love Fablehaven, you'll probably really enjoy this series as well.

WRITING WEBSITES
1. Google "fiction writing tips" (in quotes to minimize your search) and wade through different websites to learn tips on writing. You should learn as much as you can so you know what to look for in books you will be editing. Bear in mind that if your focus is on books for children/teens, they are split up into age groups (baby and preschool, 4-8, 9-12, young adults) with different publishing rules for each. For instance, manuscripts for pictures books have strict word counts and the layout must be laid out a certain way to allow for illustrations with text beside the space that explains what the illustration should be of. Also, children's writers of picture books cannot choose their illustrator. The only exception is if you are also illustrating your book, or you are writing it and a family member is illustrating it (i.e. Bruce and Katherine Colville although their books are for 9-12 year-olds so although they contain illustrations, they are not classified as picture books as picture books are for younger children).

Am not sure about adult fiction organizations.
2. Save every draft of stories you write so that if you don't like changes you've made, you can easily go back to a previous draft. Suppose your story is called "Girl in Red". You could label your drafts like this: Girl in Red, v1; Girl in Red v2; Girl in Red v3. Version stands for version.

~ The publication on this one is 2003 so it's best to wait for the next edition to be published.

A new edition comes out each year so if you plan on writing for children at some stage, you should get a new book each year as there will be major updates annually.

IMPORTANT
If you join any websites, I strongly recommend that you do not add personal information to any that are not widely known. It's not safe for children to put their last name or contact information, or things like their school name on the Internet in a public place for others to see. Perhaps you don't already coz I can tell you're really smart.

Just finished reading The Year of Secret Assignments, which igeorgiev recommended, and it was so engrossing I read most of it today (plus a quarter of the second Sisters Grimm book that I'm reading). There are a few bad words in it though, which I don't think are appropriate in books for young adults. Don't even like them in books for adults. I sort of replace them with an alternative word in my head when I come across them. Otherwise, it makes me feel like I'm repeating them out loud. Anyhoo, I love books told in letters and diary format. Have a tag with many similar ones called "stories told by letters or diary" if you'd like to know of others.

Really want to read more books by Jaclyn Moriarty now, but am confused by Fantastic Fiction's listing for her. All her books are listed as novels rather than some being in a series yet many have the same characters that were in The Year of Secret Assignments. It looks like I may have read book two or three in the series, but I'm not sure. Do you know? Will check out her others on my library's website to see if I can order Feeling Sorry for Celia, etc. Would help if I knew about the order though, if there is one.

Loved the first book in The Sisters Grimm series so much I bought the first five in paperback. (The sixth is currently in hardback.) Only just got around to reading the second one and though I'm enjoying it, I prefer the first one so far. Am at the halfway point and the second half may end up being really exciting so perhaps I'll change my mind once I'm done.

The paperback of Ink Exchange is due for release on March 31st, but your library should have the hardback if you can't wait. Am going to wait until my library has Fragile Eternity so am in for a long wait. *Sigh.*

You know, my library STILL doesn't have Graceling in. *Shock.* Have been on the waiting list for Masterpiece by Elise Broach for the same amount of time too because I loved her first book (Shakespeare's Secret).

Are there any books on my must reads list you'd like to read with me? It won't take me long to finish the second Sisters Grimm book. Didn't you say you'd read the second book in the Fablehaven series already (I haven't yet)?

I'm 5 foot 4. The same as Fely actually =) I went from being one of the tallest in grade 7 to one of the shortest in grade 8. The tallest person in my year 8 class was 5 foot 10. One of my best friends is 5 foot 9. I feel like a pixie or something next to her. But she is so gorgeous, like she could be a model in a snap and have any agent she wanted (that kind of beautiful). She's got the height and the looks but she's majorly shy. It's a pity, really, you don't see people looking like her everyday.

I went to a party yesterday but nothing much today. I requested Coraline and Inkspell from my library (yay =D) but it doesn't have Blood & Chocolate which I thought was strange, since it's the most famous werewolf novel out there. Just chatted to Fely a bit and broke my straightener (I realized if you take off the left plate, it's also a crimper) but I put it back together (taking twenty minutes). Listened to some music, got a new book called The Mathematics Of Love which looks really interesting. And now I'm here, talking to you =)

Anyway, it is none of Fely's business and tell her if you must. This was between, me you and Jaymee. Fely had nothing to do with it. And she wrote me some outrageous comment that I really didn't understand. I don't know why she had to get involved but she did. I told her to mind her own business and that's that. If she's got a problem with that, she can tell me and I'll deal with it. Fely said some things to me that I'll never forgive. I'm still a human. I have feelings and some things can't be erased.

Okay, Megan, I talked to Stoe about this whole fight and he really calmed me down and made me realize some stuff. I realized I don't know you, I thought I did but I don't. I made a person in my head that was perfect, funny, caring, kind, quirky and awesome. That person was called Alice. This person that you are, the one who doesn't respect my choices, the person that would walk out on me b/c of someone else is Megan. It made me sad to realize that the Alice I love doesn't exist. But that's just life. I had a great time with her and that's that. I hope you have a good life and maybe, one day, you can find Alice again and I know that Alice knows I'll be waiting for her. I don't know how you stay awake until the morning.
It amazes me. I'm dead before 11:00 most nights, I have to force myself to stay awake after that. Good for you, school is a drag sometimes. You know, when I think of Ohio, I think of hot, dry land. I don't know why, I was surprised when you said it snows there, my mental image was a desert with a snowman =) I don't enjoy school that much in summer. It sort of drains me. I like it when we're in the air conditioned confines of the classrooms but lunch ... ahh, hot, hot, hot. And then my foundation doesn't hold up sometimes and if we have PE I just sweat it off. It's so gross. I like autumn better. It's cool but not cold. Winter is good for the make up lol but then you have rain. You just can't win in Australia :(

Lol, I don't know. I had pancakes!! I made them myself. I had butter and sugar on them .. yum, I actually like them cold and with just butter on the top. Gosh, I am just bored with a captial B. I was gunna go to my friend's house but nah, I don't feel like it :) I just feel like sitting in my armchair and surfing the net and talking to my fave (and only) sister, even though you aren't even on. Yep, that's me for you. It's just like talking to myself except you'll read it when you get on =) That's comforting, I'm not really insane. There's this show on called It's Me or The Dog where this chick comes in and helps train naughty doggies. This dog likes barking alot, his name is Ben. He barks so much that the kids hardly come out of their rooms. Now he's growling at the granny LOL! HEHEHEHEHE. I'm on a sugar high, I think, I had lots of sugar on my pancakes and I ate icecream. MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Sorry, I better go before I REALLY get crazy. Mwahhhs.

Wow =0 The best I ever got was an artificial ice rink/snow thingy complex in the city, it was awesome but my knees were killing me (from falling every five seconds)/ I've only been to America in the summer :(

That is so funny! I laughed my head off at you nearly dying, sorry! But I just laughed at what I thought would be your expression .. OMG, deja vu, that's like Tyler sliding on the ice and nearly killing Bella!!! Lol =D Aww, I would love to wear casual at my school and wear my Twilight shirt!
Okay, since I have lots of time too, I'll tell you about my day so far =)
So, I woke up (forced from my sleep more like it) by the annoyingly loud voices of my dad and brother, I turned and looked at my clock and it was SEVEN a.m. I mean, it's my school holidays!!! Then, my dad said that we had to go shopping. I grumbled and went back to sleep for an hour. After my nap, my parents came into my room to discover I was still asleep (I mean hey, five hours playing Viva Pinata the previous really sucks the energy out of you!)I got dressed into jeans and a pretty old sweatshirt and did nothing with my hair or face. I stomped around the shopping centre and put on an extra angry face - that was until my dad bought a box of 10 Paddle Pops, which are really, really, really yummy icecream thingys on a stick. Then I was happier after that. Now, I'm sitting at home, eating a Paddle Pop and writing to you. I know, I am quite the fascinating speciem, huh?? =D

Yes, I find that with books as well, such as Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I was disappointed the first time, but really enjoyed it the next two times. New Moon's been easier this time as well. I wonder if they'll use Kristen's double in the movie for the motorbike scene where she crashes and the cliff diving scene. Bella and Alice are in the Porsche now so it's not long until Edward appears.

Oh yeah. How could I forget him. He was Meggie's other love interest. Love Inkheart and Inkspell just as much. Just wasn't as keen on Inkdeath.

Finished The Host today. Really loved the second half and the ending was perfect. Can't wait for the next one now.

Back to New Moon. It's always tough getting through Bella's depression. Am on chapter seven at the moment so have a ways to get through it yet.

My friends always doing crazy things like jetty-jumping.
I would NEVER do that. I stood there staring after them and they're encouraging me to jump too but I was FROZEN! Gosh, I was so scared. I ended up walking back down the jetty and just swimming in.

I don't love that far from the coast about a ten-fifteen minute drive =) I've actually been in the Parliment House, it's very beautiful inside. Yes, the captial is Adelaide, a little city. It's very hot here in summer and cool in the winter, it doesn't snow, the most we get is hail and people think that's really cool, a couple of years ago, our whole backyard was covered with hail and it looked so pretty. I wish it would snow!! But you have to go to Mount Bulla & The Blue Mountains for any snow. And yes, I think that too XD

Yes.
I was excited at first =). I sent it into a comp and they selected like 100 stories that they liked and made a book out of them. I couldn't get a copy of the book >:| They were all booked. They made only like 150 and some other people who wrote the stories missed out as well. I might send some more stories into comps =D

Oh, that is another style of manga drawing. It's called chibi-style. Mangaka (the "author") uses this when the characters are sort of in the background. Sunako is often drawn in chibi b/c she sees herself as ugly.

It is a movie with Brad Pitt. It's about this guy, he has this syndrome that he's born looking like an 80-year-old man and as he ages, he looks younger. And when he is fifty, he looks like a 30-year-old and falls in love with his childhood friend. Of course, they had difficultity as he will look younger and younger while she gets older. It is sad :(, I'm not sure how it ends

No, I don't have either, I'm not allowed :( Yeah, I know! This year we studied Greek and Roman mythology and like no-one had any idea what the teacher was talking about so I had to answer most of the questions and my classmates were like, "How do you know what she's on about?"
And I was just like, "Have you ever picked up a book in your life?"
And the answer was probably "no", it is the same in English and Science, I got an A++ (sorry for bragging like a self-centered person :)) on a project and everyone was staring at me. The teacher said, "I think Nicole was the only person who understood what to do fully."
And I was blushing like so bright red and my friends wouldn't talk to me for the rest of the lesson. It was a hard forty-five minutes! :D I only know stuff because I read, if I didn't read I wouldn't know anything probably!
