Hi Lauren,

Leaving a message here too: your book Fury has arrived and is reserved for you: http://bookmooch.com/m/detail/BM12579853...

~Lyn
I'm sure my own cat and dog won't mind if the books smells like an "outsider" :P

Again, thank you!
That would be fantastic! If you're sure you're willing to part with it and don't mind sending internationally, I would be ecstatic to mooch it from you!
Hi Lauren,
Your book has arrived, listed as Angel Book #5 in my inventory :)
Posted them a few days ago. Please send the points to 'lydiathinks' on BM. The books should be with you within a week or two.
No problem. Will try to post them within the next few days.
Hey Lauren!
Thanks for reminding me about your other mooch - I'm ordinarily more aware of those kinds of things but this time I didn't put two and two together!

Twilight is due to be sent to you in two weeks. Let's wait and see how the angel mooch is coming along by then. I'll only keep Twilight back if delivery of your angelled book looks imminent, otherwise I'll send them separately so you don't have to wait too long for Twilight.

Talk to you soon!
Michelle
Hi! I was thinking of sending the boxes as well as the dvds, but I guess postage would be cheaper if I just sent the dvds. What do you think? Probably 3pts each or just as many as possible if you can't manage that?
Lydia
Hi Lauren.
Have you ever thought about setting up a LitBlog to post reviews of what you read? It would be really nice to have easy access to someone writing good reviews about South African literature for the general reader; I enjoy Andre Brink, Nadine Gordimer and of course Coetzee, but I'm sure there are many emerging young writers now that I don't know. I'd love reading your reviews regularly and being introduced to new writers from SA.
It's really easy to do: you just sign up with one of the free blogging hosts and start writing. I started mine last year (http://anzlitlovers.wordpress.com) to focus on Australian literature and I love having all my reviews in one place online. (I post the link here on LT too and also on GoodReads.)
Hello Lauren, I just read your review of Disgrace, and I just wanted to say that it is the best review I've read about this complex and insightful book. You write with passion and sincere feeling but you address the issues and you have shared great insights. I look forward to reading more of your reviews in due course.

Thanks. I was able to list my "challenge" book, Barchester Towers.
You have "Dancing Girls" listed under Currently Reading. I tried to figure out how to put what I'm reading as Currently Reading on my page with no luck. Can you help me out?

Thanks
I received On Love and Death that I angel mooched for you on Monday, but just today figured out how to post it to BM when the Amazon search is down. It is reserved in your name.
Oh, it's for you. I mainly read ancient philosophy. :)
I'm just commenting to say, hee! Your response in the BookMooch thread made my night. I'm glad to have helped you get some books you wanted that much. :D Have a wonderful rest of your day!
If you are still looking for Kurt Vonnegut books, I grabbed The Sirens of Titan today at a used bookstore. I can reserve it for you on BM if you want.
Lauren,
Thanks for taking the time and trying to explain it! It sure was puzzler to me! I don't think that I'm intelligent enough for it. He is a very good author and I loved his other books.
I've reserved it for you on BookMooch. I'm kayhardtmann there, although that doesn't matter since you're mooching from me. It's in very good shape.
I have a copy of Milan Kundera's Identity. If that's one of the titles you're interested in, let me know and I'll reserve it for you on BookMooch.
Noticed you liked The Virgin Suicides, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:
