I graduated with my MLS from Syracuse University, have more than 5000 books to declutter and catalog, as well as several more informational projects stacking up, well, in the stacks.

I collect a lot of YA fic that went out of print at the dawn of time. H.M. Hoover is one of my favorites, as is Jean E. Karl. Both greatly influenced me as a young woman by writing YA Science Fiction with strong female protagonists.

I collect a lot of other types of books as well - too many to keep track of: enter, the barcode project. Yes, I bought a barcode scanner for DVDs, Comics, School papers, and yes, Fanfic. ::hides in stacks of boxes::
