Hi, Ingrid! I was checking out your best books of the year and have to say I was very impressed. I've read 7 of them [all highly rated], with "Lonesome Dove " being one of the greatest books of all time. "The Book Thief" is high on my tbr list! Excellent taste! Happy New Year!! Mark

Bless you for mentioning Edward X. Delaney and his wonderful sandwiches! I too divide sandwiches in those two ways, but I had completely forgotten the actual name of this detective. Shame on me!
