About my libraryThe books here are a combination of the few I brought with me to Mozambique and the few I've found in this book-sparse region of the world. Once I returned to the States and settle in, I'll add my library here.

Happy New Year, ironeggs!

You probably know this already, but there's going to be an "Africa" theme read in the Reading Globally group in February - come and join us? (I say 'us' but if I manage it it will be the first group read that I've seen through to the end...usually I read the books and then go my own way (or more often than not I don't even manage to read the right books at the right time)).

BTW, I bought a Mia Couto book when I was back in the UK at Christmas, not 'Sleepwalking' which you recommended, as they didn't have it, but 'A River Called Time' - have you read it?

Regards,
Rachel
Wow, interesting job!
Thanks for the recommendations - I look forward to investigating them.
Thanks for adding me to your interesting libraries list. I see you've recently joined the Reading Globally group - look forward to seeing you there! (What took you to Mozambique, if you don't mind my asking? And - you can see this one coming a mile off - can you recommend some books from there?)
