Peggy: I am a Wikipedian ( no twelve-step program involved) and I am currently editing a Wikipedia "stub" on Janet Ross. I am trying to morph it into a top-notch article. Janet Ross was a an English expatriate who lived in Florence from 1880 to 1927. She was a neat lady - writer, farmer.... In any event, given your interest in books and Italy, any editing help you can provide would be welcome. Many of her books are downloadable free online. She is an orphan case and the stub may face deletion. I also am contemplating new stubs on her niece- Lina Waterfield- and her home - Poggio Gherardo. It's more fun - and work - than facebook, but may capitalize on your librarian skills. Right now I need to connect many of my facts to referenced sources. I need to conform my citation style to Wiki standards. I need pictures of Ross, her home, etc.
