About me I recently moved from Rochester MN to Austin TX. Best. Move. Ever. More later.

About my library Books are good insulation, right? Too bad my shelves aren't along exterior walls.

I use the sprite (librarything username) rating system:
5 - LIFE-ALTERING
4 1/2 - halflife-altering
4 - i'd make other people read it.
3 1/2 - i'd recommend it
3 - i'd defend owning it
2 1/2 - i'd admit to owning it
2 - blah. may reread someday, if bored
1 1/2 - had amusing moments but i'm done now
1 - near-total waste of time. i liked part of page 84.
1/2 - plan to compost it
0 - plan to burn it

Hi, I noticed several chess titles in your catalog and thought you may like to check my forum site out- www.ChessForums.org, we have a dedicated section to chess books and recommended reading you may be interested in, thanks, Greg
Hurrah for Pickle Pickle Pickle Juice! And thank goodness for the internet, without which I would never have found the copy I currently have. It just doesn't seem to be the sort of book you commonly run across in used book shops.
You and I are the only people on LibraryThing with Pickle Pickle Pickle Juice listed. It was my FAVORITE book when I was a kid. I can still sing the song from the back of the book!
Hello, from another Tam Lin enthusiast. :D
"what, never?" "well... hardly ever!"
