Hi We share 26 books in common. I also have Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead (Tim Roth and Gary Oldman) on video tape
Yeah, "Infinite Jest" was always a book that was easier to recommend to people who had never heard anything about it. Sometimes a book just gets a reputation for being a hard read, which is unfortunate as its one of the funniest books I've ever read. I found a good way to get people to read it was to get them to read "A Supposedly Fun Thing..." first. It's easier and gets people into Wallace.

Your catalog looks like my wishlist from my college philosophy nut days. Good stuff. I always like to ask people who have finished "Infinite Jest" what they thought of it, so I'm posing the question to you (if you don't want to talk about that, I'd be glad to hear what you think of Borges or Tom Stoppard, to other favorites of mine we seem to share).
